In most cases, YES! Please e-mail us the details of where your website is located, and your contact information so that we can take a look at it and reach you for further questions and information.

Can you update my website for me? I am not really “tech-savvy,” or just don’t have the time to mess with it.

Making updates to your site has never been easier. After we have your website up and running we can update it simply by you e-mailing us your text as an MSWord attachment and your photos as .JPG attachments, along with your detailed instructions, and we will make the updates.

In what formats are your templates available?

Website templates are available in Photoshop and HTML formats, as well as WordPress themes.

Will I own the exclusive rights to my designs?

Yes, you will own the exclusive rights to your design if you have paid in full for your Custom Pro Web site, custom logo or graphic design created exclusively by us.

If you have purchased a template or stock art to be used on your website or design product you will only own the rights to use the products as stated in your license and third-party terms of agreement.

We are not responsible for damages or loss of business due to third-party products, or those that we offer. We are also not responsible for interrupted service to your website due to third-party hosting services or those that we provided. We maintain the right to terminate services or remove websites or web content if payment is not received in a timely fashion as agreed upon.

I want to learn how to manage my web site myself. Can you teach me how?

Yes, we can point you in the right direction. We use WordPress and Adobe products such as Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, etc. for creating your graphic design products, and recommend that you visit www.adobe.com or www.wordpress.org for educational information if you will be making changes to your website or graphic designs yourself.

Do you offer design or customization services for adult content sites? No. We do not customize or design adult entertainment websites. We also do not design websites promoting violence, or the use of illegal drugs or criminal activity. If your site is found to contain such information we maintain the right to remove links to our site, cancel services we provide you with, terminate contracts and/or hosting services, as well as collect payment and fees for any cost, damages or attorney’s fees.

Do you offer customization services to osCommerce sites, Zen Cart templates, etc. I want to sell items and accept payments from customers?

No, we do not support customization of such templates or “shopping cart” sites. However, we work with a number of designers and developers and can always give you a good refferal to work with.
